   - Able to work with mature Americans who may have physical/speech/hearing limitations.

   - Able to establish rapport with mature Americans easily.

   - Possesses reliable transportation.

   - Medium to heavy travel within a geographic area is required.

   - Participates in weekly District meetings.

   - Participates in on-going training and on-line training modules.

   - Assumes other duties as assigned.


   - College degree or four years of military experience.

   - Excellent communications skills – verbal, written, listening.

   - Strong Administrative and Organizational skills, and is detail-oriented.

   - Works cohesively with team members and all levels of management.

   - Possesses strong work ethic.

   - Possesses highest level of ethics and integrity.

   - Must have general knowledge of PC applications.
