The opportunities are numerous in the Account Executive program.  In addition to the benefit packages described above, annual base salaries for our Account Executives begin in the mid-$30k's, but income can rise to $120k+ as experience grows, new products are mastered, and success occurs.  We call this progression our Puritan Ladder of Success, and it looks like this:

Level 1  Account Executive - meets with 8 clients a week, schedules 2 go-back appointments.  Transition the relationship to the agent who will execute the plan.


Level 2  Senior Account Executive - meets with 8 clients a week, schedules 2 go-back appointments, demonstrated proficiency in Final Expense and Medicare Supplement.


Level 3  Certified Field Trainer - meets with 6 clients a week, schedules 2 go-back appointments, demonstrated proficiency in Final Expense and Medicare Supplement.  Also trains Account Executives.    


Level 4  District Manager - supervises Account Executives and one Certified Field Trainer.  Proficient in training Final Expense and Medicare Supplement.  Meets with 4 clients a week on go-back appointments.
